Jerry Salter
Jerry has been the owner of Trubilt Auto Body since 1997.
He has been involved with the automotive industry since he was a
child when his parents owned a repair garage and a recreational
vehicle sales business. Prior to buying Trubilt Auto Body, Jerry
worked as a service manager for several years at a local car dealership. This experience helped him understand the importance of customer satisfaction and quality, which have
always been his top two priorities as the owner of Trubilt Auto Body.

Office Staff
Nick Slipka
Nick is a Damage Appraiser with 2-year experience gained in the Madison market. He enjoys working with customers and providing quality service. Nick likes to hunt and fish in his spare time.
Ryan Peterson
Ryan is a Damage Appraiser. He works with customers and insurance companies from estimate to detail to assure quality workmanship all the way through. After his CVTC education, his career began here in 1999 as a detailer and has advanced through every position leaving him familiar with all aspects of collision repair. Ryan loves his job as well as hunting and fishing.
Eileen Munger
Eileen is Trubilt’s Office Manager. Coming to Trubilt with a wealth of bookkeeping knowledge, she handles administrative issues and manages standard operating procedures to make sure you receive consistent quality repairs with minimal inconvenience.
Donna Collins
Donna is Trubilt’s Assistant Office Manager. After relocating to Western Wisconsin from “Chicagoland,” she joined the Trubilt team assisting Eileen in maintaining quality customer satisfaction and Trubilt style efficiency in the front office. With many years of bookkeeping and customer service experience she finds Trubilt’s standards of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction top notch and a pleasure to be a part of.
Luke Salter
Luke works part time in the office doing a variety of task. He is the son of Jerry and Lynn and the younger of the two Salter children, Amy being the older. Luke has two more years left at the University of Eau Claire were he is studying Business Administration. Luke has a goal of maintaining the longevity of customer service, which Trubilt has provided the Chippewa Valley since 1949 as he learns the business. In his spare time he enjoys golfing along with many other outdoor activities.
Shop Technicians
Rick Krei
Rick has been our Parts Manager for 3 years after spending an additional 3 years in the parts industry. Whether the car requires a new or used, large or small part, Rick’s expertise and fine attention to detail assures every customer a “Trubilt” quality repair.
His personal interests include riding ATVs and camping.
Chris Endle
Chris is Trubilt’s other lead painter. His education is from CVTC where he also received an Auto Collision Repair & Refinish Degree in addition to his ASE and I-CAR certifications. Chris has 12 years experience working with his family’s auto body repair business and his brother is currently working here also. Chris enjoys the sport of car racing and is an owner/operator in local circuits.
Dustin Basom
Dustin is the final component to our paint team specializing in buffing and preping each car before it gets painted. He is our most recent graduate from CVTC’s Auto Collision Repair & Refinish Degree. After work you will find him hunting or fishing.
Todd Roettger
Todd has been employed at Trubilt since July 1990. He is one of our Auto Body Repair Technicians, however has experience in all areas of our business. He is ASE certified as a Master Auto Body Technician in addition to his Estimator certification. He earned his Auto Body Repair Associate Degree from CVTC in 1988 and has been working in the auto body industry ever since. Todd enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family and working on his small hobby farm.
Wayne Johnson
Wayne is a long-term employee at Trubilt Auto Body. He started with the company in 1979. He has many years of auto body experience, is ASE certified, and is one of our master body technicians.
Bob Schwennsen
Bob is an ASE certified body technician at Trubilt Auto Body. He has 27 years of auto body experience. He graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College with top honors and has been involved in other training courses over the years. Bob enjoys repairing heavy hits on vehicles and making sure that they meet all safety specifications after your collision.
Chad Halvorson
Chad has been with Trubilt Auto Body since 1999 when he graduated from the auto body program at Chippewa Valley Technical College. He is ASE certified for auto body repair and refinishing, and is certified in air conditioning.
Cody Endle
Cody is skilled as both a body and a paint technician. He has been with Trubilt Auto Body since November 2006. His family has been in the auto body business for three generations, in fact, he works here beside his brother Chris everyday.
